The view from this resort was absolutely breathtaking. The mountains surrounding the area made for a truly picturesque setting. The journey to the resort was an adventure on its own - a short boat ride followed by a golf cart ride uphill. It felt like stepping into a hidden paradise. Being in such a remote location also meant that it was peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Christmas at this place was a total letdown. The accommodation was worn-out and desperately in need of a makeover.

The location of this resort is simply extraordinary. Guests leave their cars at Maefern Lake and take a ferry across the lake to reach the resort. Upon arrival, a buggy awaits to transport guests uphill, providing a heavenly scenery along the way. the spacious and nice bungalows offer comfortable accommodations, and the food provided is satisfactory. the resort has the potential to become more lively if more guests were to visit.

The resort staff, due to limited numbers, struggles to properly maintain the large resort.
